Mooring Solution sells physical marine products intended to assist sailors during anchoring operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • An electronic unit mounted on the buoy<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    All products sold are intended exclusively for marine use<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Intended Use and Safety Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Morph\u00e9is system is designed to provide information relating to the status of an anchor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The product:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Is an aid only<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Does not<\/strong> replace seamanship, crew competence, or proper anchoring procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Does not<\/strong> guarantee vessel safety, holding power, or protection against anchor drag<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Anchoring is an inherently risky activity, particularly at night or when the crew is ashore. Users remain solely responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • The safety of their vessel<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The safety of passengers and crew<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Monitoring weather, seabed, and anchoring conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        5. Technical and Environmental Limits<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        The product is designed to operate within the following limits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Maximum operating depth: 23 metres<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • Submerging electronic components beyond specified limits<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Exposing components to seawater where prohibited<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Rough handling or improper installation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            may result in malfunction and exclusion from warranty coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            6. Orders<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Orders are placed through the website and are subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Mooring Solution reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Refuse or cancel an order in case of stock issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                      All products benefit from the EU legal conformity guarantee of two (2) years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      • Automatic rope lock failure<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Rope breakage<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                      • Battery failure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                        The warranty does not<\/strong> cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        • Improper installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Improper use<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Exceeding depth or temperature limits<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Mechanical damage caused by misuse or rough handling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                          Proof of purchase is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          Mooring Solution will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          12. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                          To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mooring Solution shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          • Damage resulting from misuse or improper installation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                            Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            13. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                            All intellectual property rights relating to the products, software, manuals, and website content remain the exclusive property of Mooring Solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
