{"id":331,"date":"2026-01-09T19:53:02","date_gmt":"2026-01-09T18:53:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mooring-solution.com\/?page_id=331"},"modified":"2026-01-21T13:16:01","modified_gmt":"2026-01-21T12:16:01","slug":"warranty-guarantee-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/mooring-solution.com\/fr\/warranty-guarantee-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Politique de garantie"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-page\" data-elementor-id=\"331\" class=\"elementor elementor-331\" data-elementor-post-type=\"page\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5397d3c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5397d3c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f941b82 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f941b82\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h1 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Warranty and Guarantee Policy<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-752bff2d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"752bff2d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p><strong>Last updated:<\/strong> 9 January 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Legal Guarantee of Conformity (EU)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All products sold by Mooring Solution benefit from the <strong>European Union legal guarantee of conformity<\/strong> for a period of <strong>two (2) years<\/strong> from the date of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This legal guarantee applies to products that are defective or not in conformity with the contract at the time of delivery, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This guarantee applies independently of any commercial warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What Is Covered<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Subject to normal and intended use, the warranty covers defects including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Water ingress into the electronic box<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure of the automatic rope lock<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rope breakage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Software malfunction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Battery failure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What Is Not Covered<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improper installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improper use or misuse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceeding specified operating limits, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submerging the case below a depth of one metre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposing the case to seawater where prohibited<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using the product at depths greater than 23 metres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mechanical damage caused by rough handling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normal wear and tear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Proof of Purchase<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A valid proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purchase invoice is sufficient for this purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Warranty Resolution<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If a product is found to be defective and covered under warranty, Mooring Solution will, at its discretion:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Repair the product, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replace the product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds may be offered where repair or replacement is not possible, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return of Faulty Products<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers must contact Mooring Solution before returning any faulty product to receive return instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Return shipping costs for faulty or defective products are borne by Mooring Solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Extended Warranty<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At present, no commercial warranty beyond the EU legal guarantee is offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mooring Solution may introduce optional extended warranty options in the future.
