Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, customers must notify Mooring Solution of their decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.
Conditions for Returns
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- Products may be opened and inspected
- Products must not have been used
- Products must be returned in good condition
Products that have been used are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal.

Customers will receive instructions on how to return the product once the request has been approved.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is returned because it does not meet the customer’s expectations, return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- If the product is faulty or defective, return shipping costs are borne by Mooring Solution
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
Refunds:
- Are processed using the original payment method
- Include the original shipping costs
- Are issued within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of the returned goods
Exclusions
This Returns & Refunds Policy does not apply to:
- Products that show clear signs of use
- Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling
Faulty Products
If a product is faulty or defective, customers should contact Mooring Solution as soon as possible.
Faulty products are handled in accordance with the Warranty & Guarantee Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
